- Written decisions before build. Scope, approval points and limits are agreed in writing before any code is written.
- Measured against a baseline. We record how the work runs today, so the result is compared with something real.
- You own what we build. Source code and deployment docs live in your Git. The agents run in your subscriptions, on your model accounts.
- Provider-neutral. We design for portability across leading model providers and local models, so you're not locked to one vendor.
- Partners keep their clients. When an MSP or consultant brings us in, the client relationship stays theirs, in writing. See the partner program

Intras AI comes from the team behind Intras Cloud Services, a managed IT and cloud provider for 15 years. We built these patterns to run our own operations, with a person approving each output, before offering them to anyone else.

Every company is adding AI features. I think the bigger shift is that AI becomes the default operator for routine work, and people become the ones who set direction, approve and improve it.
I've spent 15 years building a company that organizations trust with their most critical systems. That trust comes from discipline: knowing exactly what you're responsible for, who signs off, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Intras AI applies that same discipline to agents: clear scope, clear approvals, and you own the result. We started with our own company. Now we're building it for yours, and for the partners who serve you.
