Operating leaders
CEOs, COOs and CFOs who are dealing with growth pressure, administrative overhead and workflows spread across too many tools. You want capacity without adding headcount, and you want to know where the time goes.
Intras AI designs, deploys and runs AI agents that take on real operational work across finance, operations, HR, revenue and IT. Agents handle the routine work. Your people approve what matters.
Who we work with
CEOs, COOs and CFOs who are dealing with growth pressure, administrative overhead and workflows spread across too many tools. You want capacity without adding headcount, and you want to know where the time goes.
CIOs and heads of IT who are asked to "do something with AI" while keeping identity, access and data under control. You want agents that work inside your existing systems, follow your rules and can be audited.
Most engagements need both. The operator defines the outcome, IT defines the guardrails, and the agent works inside both.
How engagements work
A 30-minute executive conversation that identifies three workflows where agents can reduce manual work, speed things up or absorb fractional headcount.
We map the workflow, the systems it touches and who decides what. You approve a written design, including hosting, model choice and approval rules, before anything is built.
Our engineers build against the approved design and test it with the people who own the work. A hypercare period follows go-live.
We operate the agent: monitoring, tuning, policy and model updates, and new skills within the approved catalog. You get a monthly report on what the agent did and where people stepped in.
Agents by function
Payables and vendor onboarding, collections follow-up, renewal billing review.
For COOsA daily operating briefing, capacity reporting, vendor and spend review.
For HR leadersEmployee lifecycle from day one to last day, HR requests, recruiting coordination.
For revenue leadersAccount research and outreach drafting, client review prep, renewal risk.
For CIOsIdentity and access, service desk triage, security alert triage.
For the boardHow every agent is sized against hours, cycle time, risk and cost.
Pricing
Build
Covers assessment, design, build and hypercare. Billed at two milestones: on signature, and at your written approval of the design. Scope is agreed before work begins.
Run
Covers operation, monitoring, tuning and updates within the approved catalog. Once an agent has a measured baseline, we can move to usage-based or outcome-based pricing, based on numbers we both trust.
Hosting and model costs run in your own cloud and model accounts, so you see them directly and nothing is marked up.
Governance and ownership
Before any autonomy comes one question: when should a person step in? We answer it in the design, in writing, before we build.
For MSPs and consultants
Your clients are asking about AI. Offer governed agents built for the systems you already manage, with Intras AI handling design, build and run behind you.
Turn AI recommendations into working agents. You lead the advisory relationship, and we deliver and operate what you recommend.
Our operating history
Intras AI comes from the team behind Intras Cloud Services, a managed IT and cloud provider for 15 years. We built these agents for our own operations, with a person approving each output, before offering them to anyone else. We know the tools, the margins and the client expectations because we live with them.
From the founder
Every company is adding AI features. I think the bigger shift is that AI becomes the default operator for routine work, and people become the ones who set direction, approve and improve it.
I've spent 15 years building a company that organizations trust with their most critical systems. Intras AI applies that same discipline to agents: clear scope, clear approvals, and you own the result. We started with our own company. Now we're building it for yours, and for the partners who serve you.
